The guestrooms at Palm Bamboo Hotel are super cozy with air conditioning and free WiFi. It felt like a comfortable home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the pool view from my room. But hey, some people might actually enjoy it.

What an epic vacation with my friends at Palm Bamboo Hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was cozy and clean, and the bed was so comfy – perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. We had a blast visiting the Pasifika Museum and catching a show at Bali Nusa Dua Theater. The cultural highlights added a unique touch to our trip. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool area was a great spot to chill and soak up the sun. We loved every moment of our stay!

If there's one thing we wished for, it would be a more happening nightlife for young party animals like us. While the hotel was amazing, we had to travel a bit to find some lively bars and clubs.

What a find! Incredibly welcoming staff, comfortable and small hotel. Safe, clean and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Tea and coffee on request. Super comfy beds. Beautiful pool area. Convenient location near restaurants and Nusa Dua beach. Staff are the kindest and most helpful. Everything is perfect here. Definitely recommended and will be back.

I was amazed by the level of cleanliness at Palm Bamboo. The room was spotless and the towels were changed daily. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean and tidy environment was outstanding.

Although the hotel is still undergoing some finishing works, my room was fully ready and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep and the newly opened hotel still had that fresh and inviting feel to it.

The pool was nice and refreshing during the scorching hot days of Easter. the breakfast was decent and filling every morning. the location was convenient with a short walk to shops and restaurants, and a shuttle service to the beach was a plus.

The bathroom had some plumbing issues with a bad odor and the shower sometimes didn't work properly. the room was not cleaned properly and had some leftover trash from previous guests.

I spent my New Year's Eve at this hotel and I have to say, the atmosphere was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, really making us feel at home. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh and delicious options, and the pool was a great spot to relax during the day. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The room had a musty smell that wasn't very pleasant. the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked.

The hotel is hidden just off the main road, offering a quiet stay. the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making you feel like family. the quaint rooms are tidy and comfortable, with good AC and a comfortable bed. the pool area is small but beautiful, with loungers and umbrellas to relax under. the hotel offers a free shuttle to a nearby beach.

The hotel's Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty in some rooms.

In addition, the hotel's location is convenient as it is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. The staff was exceptional - always available, friendly, and willing to help with anything I needed.
